We take pride in protecting your account with us. Each Client will receive a unique number referred to as an GS CODE. This code is given as an identifier to keep all of your contents and transactions organized in our system. It is also used as a communication tool between Griot Publishing and YOU; the Author. It is a security code to prevent unauthorized users from requesting important information from us regarding your account including transactions, contents of your manuscript etc.
1. Once the initial down payment is made for your publishing project, You will be issued a GS CODE number via email along with a digital copy of your submitted Electronic Signature. Store this number in a secure place. We are not responsible for unauthorized users who have access to your files via your GS CODE. We urge you NOT to share this code with anyone, but we do suggest that you have at least 1 family member on your account for emergency purposes.
2. No one will be able to access your files or make changes to your manuscript without that GS Code.
